Who are Service Providers?
- Service Providers include local merchants, freelancers, private businesses, retailers, grocers, restaurants, independent drivers, and delivery drivers. Service Providers offer a wide variety of services and goods to Members through our platform.

How do I join RideQwest?
- To join Rideqwest, you must create an Account and become a Member. To create your Account, you must be eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to be bound by our rules which you can find in our Terms and Conditions. No Member can transfer or assign their account to any other person or business. Members can have one account as a User and one account as a Service Provider.

How does it work?

Members can request goods and services from registered Service Providers. When Members make a request, we notify the Service Provider through the App. Service Providers have the option to offer, provide, and charge you (or not charge you) for the service or goods that you seek. When an offer is made to you, you may accept or reject their offer.

Is RideQwest responsible for providing services to me?
- No. If you accept an offer made by the Service Provider, You and the Service Provider enter into an agreement. It is the Service Provider, and only the Service Provider, who is responsible for providing the service or goods to you. Rideqwest facilitates your access to Service Providers, making it easier for you to get what you want when you want it.

What kinds of services can I request on the app?
- The RideQwest app is a versatile app with many services available to Members. Members can seek rides, order deliveries, purchase food from restaurants, buy groceries and beauty supplies, buy and sell goods, cars, and real estate. There are many things that Members can do on the app. Register and check out the services.

Are Service Providers employees of RideQwest?
- No. Service Providers are independent contractors and independent businesses. They are not employees of RideQwest in any way. We are not their agents or representatives in any capacity.

Can I book appointments on the app?
- Yes. With our app, you may book appointments with Service Providers who accept appointments.

Will I be charged a waiting fee for various services through the app?

Waiting fees depend on the service. A good rule of thumb: When you book a service that requires your presence at a location, it is important to be on time.
You will incur waiting fees for any Video Consultations you purchase.
For transportation related services, such as booking a ride, you will be charged a Waiting Fee when your driver waits for you for any reason. Waiting fees begin when your Driver notifies you of their arrival and you do not come to the car within six minutes of their arrival. Waiting fees also begin at stops you have requested.
Please note: Waiting fees are NOT included in either the price of service quoted to you or in any negotiated price you have made with your driver. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO INCUR WAITING FEES, THESE FEES WILL BE ADDED AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE.

Will I be charged cancellation fees?

Yes. If you cancel a Reservation for Services booked with a Service Provider, and you are not present within a certain amount of time, you will be charged a cancellation fee. You can find the breakdown of the time you must show up for the reservation in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I leave a tip?
- Yes. At the completion of the Ride or Task by your Service Provider, you will have the option to leave a tip. If You leave a tip, we will add the amount to your final charges.

Can a child under 13 use the RideQwest Platform?
- NO. IF YOU ARE UNDER THIRTEEN YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE RIDEQWEST PLATFORM. No part of the RideQwest Platform is directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from people under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 may only receive services through the RideQwest Platform if the request is made by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.

Is the RideQwest platform available for children under 18?

No person under the age of 18 may create a Member Account or use the Rideqwest Platform without the consent of a parent or guardian. If You are a under the age of 18, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use the Rideqwest Platform and your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions on your behalf prior to your using the Rideqwest Platform.
If You are a parent or guardian who has created an account for a minor under the age of 18, You must consent to our Terms on the minor’s behalf, and You shall assume any and all responsibility and liability for the minor’s use of the Rideqwest Platform.

Why should I use RideQwest for my transportation needs?

Our app allows riders and drivers to negotiate fares between themselves. For the first time, riders have a say in what they pay, If Riders are not comfortable offering prices to drivers, then they can book a ride using our suggested price for their ride.
For people with transportation needs, Members will find that they have many options through out app. For example, Members can join carpools or request courtesy rides from drivers who wish to help other members and give back to the community.

Can I add my Service Provider to My Favorites?
- Yes, after the service is completed by the Service Provider, you'll be given the opportunity to add him or her to a list of your Favorite Service Providers. This feature is especially useful when requesting transportation through the App. The next time you need a ride, your request will be sent to your Favorite Drivers in addition to the drivers closest to your pickup location.

I am a female. Can I request a same gender driver?
- Yes. While setting up your ride request, click on the Preferences tab. You'll be able to request a female driver. If there are no female drivers available, your request will go out to all drivers.

Can I sign up as a Service Provider?
- Yes. The RideQwest platform offers Members a wide variety of services and goods provided by Service Providers. If there's a service that you provide as part of your business, you may sign up to offer that service. Please be aware that for licensed-required services you must provide documentation that you provide those services (Therapist, Doctor, Teacher, etc).

I am a rider. Can I rate my Driver?
- Yes. After the ride is over, you can rate and leave feedback for your driver. Positive feedback makes drivers feel valued and appreciated. Constructive feedback can help drivers improve their service and provide outstanding customer service to fellow Members.

How do I file a complaint against my Service Provider or Driver?

If you have a complaint about a Service Provider or Driver, please let us know through our Contact Us page. Alternatively you may send an email to complaint@rideqwest.com. Please provide specific details in your complaint, including date and time of your interaction with the Service Provider, so we can begin our investigation.
Rideqwest has a zero tolerance policy on the use of drugs or alcohol by our drivers. If you suspect your driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please call the police and also contact us at support@rideqwest.com.

Can I sell things on the RideQwest app?
- Yes. As long as what you sell is legal and acceptable within our guidelines (as stated in the Terms of Agreement), you can offer/sell your goods and services to other Members through the app. Please note that we review your services/goods before they are posted to the app.

I have some general household items I'd like to sell through the app. Can I do it?
- Yes. RideQwest is a marketplace for Members to sell and buy general items. Simply register as a Member and start posting your items for sale.

How can Members maximize the benefits of RideQwest?
- RideQwest is a versatile app with many useful features for our Members. The App is the Everything App because of all the services offered. In addition to finding rides, ordering food and other services, members can buy and sell goods, cars, real estate, and personal items. If a Member has a business, they can also sign up as a Service Provider, earn extra money and buildup their clientele. Once you are a registered member, you'll be able to unlock the full potential of our platform, learning its features and booking services when you need them.
