This screening helps ensure that Users can rely on the professionalism of drivers within the RideQwest network.

Zero Tolerance Policy

RideQwest has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for drivers.  If a rider suspects that a driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a rider should request to TERMINATE THE TRIP immediately.  RideQwest requests that all riders file a complaint by emailing us as soon as possible at support@rideqwest.com. We will take immediate action.

If a driver is accused of being under the influence while using the RideQwest platform, we will conduct an internal investigation and immediately suspend the driver’s access to the platform until the investigation is complete.
